By downloading, installing, or using RepCount ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Axewik Technologies ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use RepCount. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RepCount on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

RepCount is a fitness tracking tool. The rep counts, form scores, and movement analysis provided by the App are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physiotherapy recommendations.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or concerns about your physical fitness. See our separate Medical Disclosure for full details.
Exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other physical harm. By using RepCount, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any exercise you perform is appropriate for your fitness level and physical condition.
The App uses computer vision and machine learning to estimate body pose. Accuracy may vary based on:
Rep counts and form scores are estimates. Do not rely on them as a definitive measure of exercise completion or safety.
RepCount requires camera access to detect body pose. Camera frames are processed entirely on-device and are not recorded, stored, or transmitted. You can revoke camera access at any time via iOS Settings; doing so will prevent core app features from functioning.
All content in RepCount — including the software code, design, graphics, icons, exercise catalogue, and motion analysis algorithms — is owned by or licensed to Axewik Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
RepCount is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axewik Technologies and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axewik Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
The App uses Apple's Vision and SwiftData frameworks. Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's Standard EULA. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axewik Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
