Facial Data Information
This application, as an AI tool for image/video generation, may need to collect selfie photos or videos containing facial information submitted by users (hereinafter referred to as "Facial Data") when providing AI image/video generation services. This data is solely used to generate the user-selected or customized AI images or videos through algorithms and is necessary to complete this core function. We will not identify, analyze, or use users' Facial Data for any purposes beyond the scope of this service.
To achieve image or video processing functions, users' Facial Data will be transmitted to our servers in an encrypted state and strictly limited to use in the algorithm processing stage. All uploaded Facial Data is temporarily stored. The system will automatically initiate the user Facial Data deletion process immediately after the image/video is successfully generated. If processing fails, the data will be retained for a maximum of 3 hours, after which it will be forcibly cleared. We promise not to retain or back up such data long-term.
We will not sell, rent, or share users' Facial Data with any third parties, nor will it be used for advertising, identity recognition, or other irrelevant scenarios. We will not specifically retain users' personal Facial Data under any circumstances, and we will do our utmost to prevent users' personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Users always retain control over their Facial Data, including: a. refusing to provide Facial Data (which may result in the unavailability of some functions); b. requesting early termination of data processing by deleting generated videos or contacting support@unstoreapp.com via email.

Data retention
We retain your personal information collected as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as needed to provide you the Services or we have a legitimate business reason to do so.
When we no longer have ongoing legitimate business reason to process your personal information, we will delete your data.
